- At Villa Carmen you can only pay with cash. We çan’t accept credit card or other card payments. In the town are various cash machines
- Downpayment of 30% to make a reservation. We’ll send you a invoice with the necessary information to make the downpayment
- Cancel reservation: you can cancel your reservation until one month before arrivel. In that case we will refund your downpayment completely. After that we don’t refund anymore.
